Vijayadashami celebrates the triumph of good over evil and is an auspicious day for new beginnings.

Shri Hari Jayanti is observed every month on Sud 9 (Navami), the same tithi on which Bhagwan Swaminarayan manifested in Chhapaiya on Chaitra Sud 9. On this day of each month, devotees remember His divine birth with darshan, katha, kirtan, and devotion, renewing their love and gratitude for Shriji Maharaj and seeking His blessings.

Ekadashi is a sacred day of fasting and devotion, observed twice every month as instructed by Bhagwan Swaminarayan in the Shikshapatri. Devotees keep a nirjala, farali, or ekṭāṇu vrat according to their ability, and spend the day in darshan, katha, kirtan, mala, and remembrance of Bhagwan Swaminarayan. Observing Ekadashi with faith purifies the mind, strengthens self-control, and brings one closer to Bhagwan.
